These graphs illustrate that the
information of how total visitors were changed, and the result of people’s
satisfaction survey during the year before and after it was renovated.
As
you clearly seen from the table graph, the total number of visitors to Ashdown
Museum was increased outstandingly (74,000 to 92,999 in the year before and
after respectively).
Secondly, from the pie chart, people were more
satisfied after refurbishment. To be more specific, the percentage of “Very
satisfied” became twice bigger than the year before (15 percent to 35 percent
respectively), and “Satisfied” was well over a third after renovation (40
percent). Moreover, while almost the half of visitors dissatisfied with the
museum, after it was changed, the percentage was decreased more than half (40
and 15 percent respectively).
Furthermore, 10 percent of visitors was very
dissatisfied in the year before, only half of them answered again the same in
the year after.
Overall, after the refurbishment of the
museum, the total number of visitors rose and more people showed positive
answers on a survey.
