How often do you go for a run?
To be honest, I never go out for a run. All I do is go out for a walk for 20 minutes everyday because I don't like to be sweat. So, walking is my maximum activity that I can do.
Where do you usually go running?
(As I said) I hardly go out for a run, but I used to do 50m running twice a week in the field in PE class when I was in high school. If I need to go running, I might go to the park which is quite far from my house.
Do you like running?
Yes, I do like running and other physical activities but I don't do those in my own. I love to join in running when athletic competition is held, but not in daily life.
Do you think running is a good way to stay healthy?
Yes, I really do. There are so many ways to stay healthy, but I think running is one of easiest way to keep our health. Because you have to use all part of your body to run, so it will make a good effect on our body.

Do you prefer a long break or several short breaks?
Either of them is good, but a long break is better for me. The reason why is that is because by resting for a long time, I can fully recover my strength and I can be more energetic of doing things. Therefore, I can make a better result from it.
What do you usually do during a break?
When I'm taking a break, I usually sit down on my seat and pick up my phone or do nothing. Doing sns with my phone really do release my stress and forget about concerns that I'm having. Doing nothing without thinking anything is also a best way to have a rest.
Why do you need to take a break?
Because I can not live a life without a break. I need to have a recharge time at least once a day to do and concentrate on my work perfectly. If I work without any rest, I easily distracted and hardly concentrate on my study.
How often do you take a break?
It changes everyday but usually I have 1 hour break twice a day when I feel like to do. There is no exact time when I'm gonna take a rest, but whenever I feel like 'I don't wanna study anymore' I just take some break and come back to my work.
