It is common that most news programs on TV and newspapers are required to transmit accurate information only (여기의 only 는 왜 들어간 건가요?) to people. Regarding this, I strongly believe that pictures are more effective than words, because it provides detailed information and leads to accurate communication accurately communicates without the need of undefined imagination.
To begin with, pictures provide accurate information to the audiences (관객이라고 하기에는 조금 애매할 것 같습니다.). It is true that pictures play a powerful role in communication which allows people to understand correctly. For example, if an actor is displayed in a newspaper regarding a scandal without his or her pictures, people will be more likely to get confused who this news is exactly talking about exactly. As a consequence of this, there is no doubt that pictures are an effective method to provide accurate facts to the audience and people would understand it with less confusion (understand 의 중복을 피하기 위해 일부러 바꿨습니다.) misunderstanding.
Furthermore, visible information leads people to gain new facts more easily and quickly. Pictures provide detailed information about the things that people are not able to see with their sight and the places they could not visit during their whole lives. For instance, visits to Baekdu Mountain are restricted to specific people only, but many people around the world have ideas of the statuses and views of it from the news announcement. As can be seen, pictures have provided visible information of new facts to people for the last several decades and it has helped people to gain knowledge easily.
In conclusion, pictures are a more effective way to inform facts to people in terms of the newspapers and news stories on TV. By using visible pictures on the media, people are able to gain various new facts without visiting places, reading many characters and accurate information without misunderstanding. |
