However, I personally believe that communication and other factors have significant effects on organizations. Firstly, some people argue that the interaction between supervisors and workers is important because it can help employees to save time and achieve goals more quickly. To be more specific, when a team communicates often with their supervisors, they could know what is the goal that they have to achieve together and realize which part should refine then they could reduce mistakes at the early stage and get a positive result. Thus, communicating improves cooperation of employers and employees and gets a satisfied outcome. Therefore, it is clear that the part of directly communication with managers plays an important role in a company. On the other hand, others argue that other factors such as individual abilities serve a prominent role compared to communicate. This is because companies could be maintaining well financial conditions when they employed most workers who have many experiences to overcome many risks. Moreover, it is commonly known that employees’ individual skills have striking effects on companies. For example, in business position, workers have an assigned quota every month so they have to use their special skill to achieve their goals, therefore, at this time personal skills are the most important factor. In summary, even though the communication is an undeniable factor in organizations, I believe other factors like personal skills are also important. In addition, I think that both communication and individual abilities are equally important.
