The given table shows the economic value of students from abroad in the United States in 2005, 2007, and 2015, and the bar graph indicates the number of international students from China, India, and South Korea in the year 2005 and 2015.
According to the table, it is clear that the US earned a considerable amount of money by having international students, which reached 41.5 billion dollars in total throughout 10 years. Looking at the table more closely, it is noticeable that the economic value of international rose from $10.1 billion in 2005 and $15.6 billion in 2010, and finally $35.8 billion in 2015.
In the bar graph, it shows the number of students from three other countries; China, India, and South Korea. As can be seen in the graph, in 2005, all the students from the three countries are less than 100 thousand, especially Indian students accounted for the highest number. China which has the lowest number of students changed in 2015. Chinese international students in the US reached almost 350 thousand at that year. Unlike in 2005, the number of international students from the three countries was at least 100 thousand.
It is notable that the US had a rising number in the international students and along with the number of pupils, their estimate value has risen considerably. |
