It is common belief that the best way to increase health is regularly workout. However, there is a more persuasive argument that healthy eating habit is more essential to stay in shape.
When evaluating perspective of people who say among many ways to raise health, exercise is beneficial the most, it is possible to suggest that they think this way because people can enjoy exercising as their hobby. These days, many people have sedentary lifestyle, so they suffer from sense of helplessness and obesity. Therefore, people try to work out on regular basis and burnt calories and enhance their physical strength. Furthermore, exercising have a good influence to mental health because they can boost self-esteem and confidence through positive change of their body. In fact, in South Korea, a lot of people do exercise as hobby, going physical training facilities and exercise classes. This also form the positive image that those who work out regularly are self-disciplined. Hence, doing exercising is considered best way to grow health as well as fun.
Nevertheless, I support the idea that people should manage meal and make healthy eating habits because people’s lives cannot complete without eating. Well-balanced diet make people ingest valuable and necessary nutrients which enhance people's health. In addition, people should eat healthy food by checking food nutritional content and choosing foods which are low in flavor enhancer and food addictive. Thereby, people prevent to be in poor health. For example, doctors require cancer patients to modify their eating habit because it is basic factor to cure the diseases. By contrast, experts claim that intense exercise could be burden and have negative effect on body.
To sum up, it is true that exercise is good way to rise health condition and enjoy at the same time, but I strongly believe that planning meals and healthy eating habit more vital to enhance health.
