It is a common belief that working while they are in school is not good for the students. However, there is a more persuasive argument that it has a number of benefits. Because they could learn about many things by working at some places.
On the one hand, working after school makes the students lose their time to study and weary. If they work severely or until late time. It could make them tired and lead them hard to focus on the classes. For example, when I was a high school student, I had a friend in my class who was working at a cafe until midnight. I have never seen him awake in classes. Therefore, he could not study or do something for his future and get into college.
Nevertheless, getting a job while they are students in school has many advantages. Studying is not only about learning in classes but also having valuable experiences. For instance, people could learn economic knowledge by working and getting paid. It is clear that one of the best ways to learn about economic knowledge and the value of money. Moreover, students could feel the value of labor. It is a thing that we can not experience by reading books. Therefore, if students manage their time well. They would be able to have a deeper understanding of society and be motivated to study hard for their goals by working.
To sum up, while there are some disadvantages of getting a job at an early age, it is evident that working fosters motivation of the students and has more advantages for their future.
