It is a rule of thumb that people who
decided to exercise frequently postpone their decision, thinking about the
reason why they can’t do it immediately. However, as exercising has been

Despite it can be demanding for whom are introvert, many people who are a
social butterfly will enjoy this method. By interacting with others, they might
think exercise as enjoyable activity.
To sum up, in my view, people are inclined
to hate exercise due to a food delivery which makes people get fat and be lazy.
