Dear Tokyo brunch manager,
My name is Jeung-Eun Kim and I am writing
in the hope that you can help me with a problem I am facing now regarding a
camera that I recently bought.
Three days ago, on 19 May, Monday, I
purchased a Kingtom, your company’s best-seller camera model from the Seoul
branch. The cost about $2000 and I paid for it on my Master credit card.
When I arrived at my hotel in Ginz almost 6
hours later I realized that the box which contained the camera did not include
the battery charger. To be more specific, the space for the charger was empty
in the camera box.
When I noticed this issue I was very angry,
but I am in Japan to do my business and I have no time to back to Korea to get
the missing parts. As you are the representative of the company in this country
I would be grateful if you could arrange for the parts to be sent to me. In
Korea, the sales staff told me that this camera has a world warranty, so I am
sure you help to solve this issue. I attach the copies of the original written
in Korean and the translation of my receipt. I am a VIP customer and if you do
not help me, I will claim to headquarter in the USA.
I look forward to hearing from you
Yours faithfully,
Jeung-Eun Kim |
