▶ Your Answer :
There are some people believe that the
government should invest more in sports than the arts. However, I think that
the government should raise expenditure to support the arts rather than sports.
There are two main reasons. First, supporting the arts can create persistent
profits. Second, the arts are more helpful for people than sports.
To begin with, supporting the arts can
create ceaseless income. Maybe sports can make a profit, however, it is not an
incessant venue. Every nation has various kinds of arts centers, and they can
make a lot of income. For example, New York City and Paris have various museums
and art galleries. A lot of people go to museums and art galleries to see
different kinds of artworks. In this way, they can make a huge income. Also, a
lot of people have interests in famous artworks like Monalisa or Sunflower.
Almost every people who do not have big interests in arts tend to go to art
gallery instead of sports stadiums when they visit New York City and Paris.
People can enjoy artworks adequately without knowledge about the arts. On the
other hand, people cannot enjoy sports without their interests and knowledge
about them.
In addition, the arts are more instructive
and good for people than sports. Watching a lot of different kinds of art
pieces can broaden people's perspective. They can learn about both an art
history and the local culture when they go to the art gallery. Not only people can
raise their creativeness but also they can take a rest when they appreciate art
pieces. As a rule of thumb, when I struggled to find an appropriate answer
about my tasks, I got huge stress about it. At that time, I
went to the art gallery and watch some pieces to relieve my stress. It could
make me feel more comfortable, and I could replenish my enthusiasm. Also,
nowadays arts are used to make a mental clinic for people who have a traumatic
memory with them.
To sum up, supporting the arts can create
ceaseless profits. Also, the arts are more helpful for people than sports. In
this regard, I firmly believe that the government should invest more to support
the arts rather than sports. |
